Pet Policy

Pet routines feel easy here. At Joy on 4th, cats and dogs are part of the everyday rhythm, with no weight cap and thoughtful spaces that help keep high-rise living simple. Take quick fresh-air breaks at the 8th-floor dog run and wash, rinse off paws after an outing, or stock up on treats before settling back into your light-filled apartment.

When you want a longer loop, Roosevelt Row’s walkable blocks and nearby Hance Dog Park add options beyond the building, while on-site conveniences—controlled access, package service, maintenance, and a leasing team that hosts pet-focused moments like Yappy Hours—help make pet-friendly apartment living in Phoenix feel polished and practical.
